'When we checked in it was the first time we found out the property DOESNT have an elevator. I am handicapped and had no way to get to the room on the 2nd floor without out sitting on the ground and going backwards step by step. I had no choice because there wasn’t another hotel in the area that had a vacancy. You need to put on your website that you are NOT HANDICAPPED access. It was the worst stay I have ever had!!!'

'We stayed in the Aspen. It was nice to have the small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Dishes and silverware were not provided but he had brought paper plates, silverware, napkins, etc. The bed was comfortable, bathroom is nice, shower worked well. There is enough storage space in the bedroom and bathroom for your belongings. We enjoyed are stay there and will return again.'

'Parking was difficult as we arrived later in the evening - no handicap spaces available. Beds were horrible, could feel springs poking through - hard to get a good night's sleep. Was nice to have coffee, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. We did not partake of the breakfast as the area did not look appealing. The entire laminate floor needs replaced as it's a trip hazard.'

'There were dog footprints that were stained into the freshly changed sheets on my bed when I entered the room. There were roaches in the room. the bed was sunken in, which makes clear that they do not ever rotate or replace the mattresses. The shower was a corner shower like the ones in an RV. The toilet flushed, but did not take the contents down with the water, thus flushing was a series of 4-5 flushes. The second floor walkways are crumbling, and severely slanted, which clearly demonstrates...
