'We stay at the St Michael every time we are visiting Prescott. We love the location, the staff, the comfortable clean rooms and the Ford & Sword Speakeasy. Price is always resonable.'

'The room had the standard thru the wall air condtiioner smell. Breakfast was ok. They have a pancake machine which was a nice change from waffles. Some noise from the road but it was to be expected since facing the highway.'

'Hotel first impressions were good, the night clerk was very helpful. The hotel is very spacious also. But after going to my room there were crumbs and long hairs in my bedsheets before I even got in the bed. I always check for bedbugs but noticed they don’t keep a waterproof mattress cover on top to protect from stains or accidents. The mattress smelled bad. As for breakfast, while I was toasting some bread I noticed a very foul smell (like some animal rotting). I couldn’t figure out where...

'Very clean room and everything we needed for a few nights. Easy access and easy parking. Very friendly people. Will definitely be staying there again when I am in town.'

'Room was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking pots. The complementary breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous.'

'The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do. The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand. The room smelled musty. There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub. The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking. '

'Paying almost $700 for 2 night single person is outrageous. In regards to that I was traveling with family and they knew it but still placed me in a handicapped room on another floor. I am not handicapped but they would not move me to another room. It was very uncomfortable. Seems check in desk are very young and not experienced in customer service. '
