'A short drive to Copper Peak, which was the main purpose of our trip, this hotel was a wonderful stay. Room was adequate enough for our weekend and was fairly close to shops, gas stations, and decent food options! Would more than likely come stay here again when coming to visit the UP.'

'Simple but neat hotel, comfy beds and clean. All you need for a good night's sleep. They are now renovating. Very nice people and the owner gave us valuable tips for exploring the area. So we went to the Black River waterfalls.'

'From the outside we were a little skeptical (old fashion motif). One step in the door and it felt like home. Warn, clean, and the lounge was PERFECT. We played cribbage and met some new friends. We will definitely be back! What a great little place!'

'Adorable , clean and updated cabin. Everything you needed was supplied. The views were amazing. Definitelywill come back. Oh and the beach is sandy and shallow for little kids but too shallow for fishing off the dock. I give it a 10!!'

'The motel was tastefully decorated with wood floors and north woods style furniture. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.'
