'We loved the rooftop restaurant/bar! The hotel was very nice and everyone was really helpful. The only thing that we did not expect if that you can't drive on the street in front of the hotel for a few blocks. And there is limited parking anywhere near the hotel. We ended up parking in a parking garage several blocks from the hotel. For one night, the parking was over $20.00.'

'We just spent Friday and Saturday nights at the Boston Marriot in Peabody MA to attend a Saturday evening wedding in Beverly. Our room was sufficiently clean and the king size bed was comfortable. We checked in Friday afternoon and were out for the evening. Upon returning we attempted to adjust the A/C and did not feel that it was cool enough but retired for the night. 'Looks nice on the outside but old on the inside. You can not make use of the gym. We were not told at checkin so we were there in vain. This is to outdated and to expensive. '

'Cute little lodge . The front desk is open only 9 to 5. Provisions are made for coming and going after hours. Parking is directly behind the building. Free 8pm to 8am . 50 cents an hour otherwise. Easy to pay with app. Location is convenient for theaters and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Hotels in this area are very high priced and this one is no exception, but a little less than the big chains. We therefore chose the least expensive room with a king bed as we were staying only 1 night...

'The room was incredibly clean and very beautifully decorated. Lots of space and plenty of room to stay there for a few days. Easy room access by a code and the personnel was also very helpful and kind!'

'Don’t stay here until their renovations are finished. There is no AC on the main and second floors. When our AC stopped working in our room, we told the front desk and nothing was done. It wasn’t until we randomly were asked by the maintenance manager how things were going that we actually got help. It’s because of him I’m giving this property 2 stars. Twice when our room was “cleaned” they did the bare minimum and didn’t even empty garbages. Would not stay here again.'

'The hotel is under renovations and it does not tell you that anywhere before booking. The AC was effected because of this. The pool and public restrooms in the lobby were closed because of it.
