'My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. '

'Check-in took more than an hrs. Electronic check-in didn't work. Signage to get around casinos is HORRIBLE with few ppl around to ask directions from. Not everyone wants to spend time on their app trying to figure out ur systems.'

'The resort is large, and very beautiful. There are loads of restaurant choices, from Subway and pizza to upscale restaurants by famous chefs. We ate dinner at Hell's Kitchen, and it was fantastic. We had lunch at Martha Stewart's Bedford, and it was quite good. The spa is lovely, the pool and hot tubs were sooo relaxing, and Lisa, my masseuse was wonderful. I was there with my sisters, we had adjoining rooms, and we had a fantastic time!'

'When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

'Standard continental breakfast, unlimited TV was nice for a long day, very affordable, excellent staff'

'The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.'
