'The room was not very clean. The bedding was clean and the room generally tidy. However, the bathroom needed a scrub down and the room was dusty. The breakfast was nice and there was coffee and water in the room for us. The man at the desk was friendly and the housekeeper was also kind.'

'Ok'

'Very nice, very new, very clean, very friendly, and very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and very nice. Staff was very friendly. They were short staffed for the morning breakfast, which was causing some delays. The food was a bit slow coming out. Nothing I would not downgrade them for. I figure it was from staffing hiccups, and still working out the bugs from being so new. I still think that this is the nicest hotel in Hutchinson. 'Had to put down $100 hold on room to make sure you didn't damage it. Found dead bug on floor. Room was okay. Can tell they are remodeling.'

'The ice machine didn’t work. The bathroom lights didn’t work. There was only half a roll of TP in the bathroom. Lots of repairs needed to the whole property. Holes and stains in all the bedding. Holes and stains all over the walls.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice and we absolutely loved being surrounded by nature. Getting to see a little bit of ranch life was a bonus. The host was so good about answering questions and getting back to us quickly. We hope to return here for another stay.'

'This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hallways flooded bugs everywhere, bed was horrible, sheets smelled like body order, absolutely no amenities,no ice machine. People arguing, police on the property. Smelled like marijuana. Do not stay here.'

'Excellent stay. The on-site dairy store was great as well. The host is very responsive, and the farm view was great. We stopped for a night on a cross-country trip and enjoyed our stay.'
