'We had a pleasant stay at Adler Hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the location and parking were excellent. One staff member went above and beyond and brought me tea bags when they weren’t available in our room, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The quilt cover on the bed was a single size, even though the bed was a double/queen size, and there was no quilt inside it. I asked for another quilt cover, but was given a sheet instead....

'Great staff and locatio! Lacking in cleanliness as the sheets had stains, the breakfast coffee machine was very gunky and the breakfast area in general was dirty.'

'The property was very clean and seemed new. There was a place to park our car which in this city is super essential to have.It is located one street down from the center of the city and all the night life. Just in case you are unaware, Eastern Europeans are chain smokers so if smoke bothers you there may be a problem...Just saying. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to those wishing to visit this beautiful city.'

'Recommend…Best location . In the middle of interests . Nice staff . Quit at night . Clean room .'

'Malgré quelques soucis de propreté la chambre n'était pas trop nettoyé au sol. Le séjour était excellent. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Le personnel était génial. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour les personnes qui souhaitent visiter Prizren.'

'We had the best time at Bubble Sky Villas. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The rooms were well maintained and had everything you could need. We definitely plan on visiting again!'
