Prachtige 2900 sqft Waterfront huis op Pend Orelle River / Pend Orelle Lake

Dit mooie ruime 2900 spft huis heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de rivier de Pend Oreille vanuit bijna elke kamer in het huis! Het huis is ook zeer gezinsvriendelijk met 4 slaapkamers (inclusief stapelbed), 2 badkamers, open woon / eetkamer / keuken met gewelfde plafonds, grote ramen en een bonus familiekamer beneden met nieuwe slaapbank voor extra gasten.
Hier zijn de details van de slaapkamers in het huis:

Neem je speelgoed mee en maak je klaar om te spelen, want deze accommodatie aan het water heeft twee bootliften en twee jetski-liften om je prachtige speelgoed onder te brengen. Boot naar Sandpoint en check-out van het meer of verblijf en boot de hele dag in de rivier (zo'n grote waterweg om te betalen, je zult je nooit vervelen).

Dit huis is gelegen op iets meer dan 100 ft water voorgevel, met een groot strand, grasveld en vuurplaats. Deze plek is perfect om te varen, vissen, kajakken, waterskiën, wakeboarden of gewoon relaxen op het strand :) Het is ook gelegen vlak bij een rustige privé-verharde weg die perfect is om te joggen, familie fietstochten en ochtend / avondwandelingen .

De stad Priest River ligt op 3,2 km afstand en biedt alle voorzieningen, zoals golfen, winkelen, geweldige restaurants en leuke coffeeshops. Mooie Sandpoint en Lake Pend Oreille ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten rijden en 20 mijl boottocht langs de prachtige rivier de Pond Oreille. Deze plaats zit vol met leuke activiteiten, geweldige winkels en ook uitstekende eetgelegenheden. Priest Lake vind je ongeveer 40 minuten ten noorden met zijn honderden mijlen van mountainbiken, wandelen en uitzonderlijk geprepareerde sneeuwscooter parcours, zo'n geweldige plek om te verkennen. Skigebied Schweitzer, met zijn geweldige snowboarden en zijn mijlen van geweldig skiën, ligt op slechts 40 minuten rijden. Bovendien ligt het pretpark Silverwood op slechts 30 minuten afstand en zorgt het voor een geweldig avontuur de hele dag met zijn vele achtbanen van wereldklasse ... en vergeet natuurlijk niet de beroemde Coeur D'Alene op slechts 40 minuten ten zuiden. Dit huis is het perfecte zomer- of winterparadijs, vol ontzagwekkend buitenplezier! Zoveel opties om af te rekenen en in elke richting te verkennen!

OPMERKING: Dit huis heeft een steile oprit en trappen in en rond het huis. Mogelijk niet geschikt voor ouderen en lichamelijk gehandicapten. Neem contact met ons op en stel uw vragen. We zullen ons best doen om tegemoet te komen.

Picture Perfect

One of our very favorite places to spend time on the river. The cabin is so comfortable, and has everything you need. The beach and dock are wonderful, and the location can’t be better.

Stayed with children, spouses and granchildren for a week of swimming, fishing, etc. Home was very nice and well appointed. It is on a hill requiring you to carry everything to the house and beach.

Loved our stay!

We try to find a new place to stay on a lake in northern Idaho every summer. My family consists of 13 children and adults. It’s getting harder to find a home big enough. This house had plenty of room and was well stocked. The lake was warm and we played in it all week! Melissa was fantastic to work with! Thank you! We love Northern Idaho!!

Family Vaca 2023

This place was awesome! We were looking for a place on the water close to Spokane and this was the one. A big dock, kayaks to use, a shore station for your boat and jet ski (boat launch 2 miles east of property), lots of chairs, a fire pit, and one of the most underrated parts, shade in the grassy area during the heat of the day. No need for a pop up or sun shade. Our stay here was our favorite so far as a family. The whole process was easy and fun. We fished, kayaked, tubbed, floated, had a bon fire, ate s’mores, watched movies (more than 300 provided) and watched nature. We saw many Eagles, Osprey and other wildlife while we were here. The location is two miles up from a dam so not much traffic during the week on the river. Additionally, there are two fridges on the property with one in the garage. Making it possible to refrigerate all of our food rather than have some coolers of ice. WiFi was also great as it worked even down at the dock. The only drawback if any is the driveway. It is very steep and only allows for two cars to be parked on it. It is rather difficult to go down the driveway with your items, but a cart is provided to help with this. There is also additional parking above the property for a truck and trailer and space for a few other cars. Overall however, our stay was peaceful, scenic, and beautiful. This is a place where we made a lifetime of memories. The family already wants to go back. This home is what summer in the PNW is all about!

Perfect, as always

This was our third year staying at this beautiful property. Our kids summarized our stay as, "Our favorite cabin, on our favorite river, with our favorite people." It was the relaxing, fun-filled family time that we needed. It doesn't get any better than watching the bald eagles fishing on the river, with plenty of sunshine and boating fun. There was a small maintenance issue when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. We appreciate their communication and responsiveness. We look forward to returning with our family in the future!

Great place on the River

The location of the property is perfect for boating on the river and the fishing was great right off the dock. The walk down to the lake and the driveway are steep but we knew that going in and the property owner was very helpful. We had a great time and made some great memories!

Nice place on the river

Clean and ready to go. Driveway definitely not great but that is covered in the description. Lots of parking up along the road. Dead end road so no concerns leaving vehicles up top. Only 1 fridge that isn’t too big, so a bit tight for a big group with lots of groceries. Clean and nice. Would certainly book again.

From making the reservation to communication with owner this was extremely smooth. The location as well as the home itself is set up for a relaxing time and for connecting with family and friends. For us the holidays always seem to busy to have quality time with family, this affords us that in multiple aspects. Kayaking, swimming, bonfires and a short drive to Silverwood Amusement Park! Great stay!

Annual Trip to Idaho

Overall we loved the house. At times having only two bathrooms was a challenge with 10 people. The stairs from the front door to the living room might present a problem for older people having reduced mobility. Also the trek up and down the hill, which is covered with gravel, to the dock is quite the workout. We all enjoyed the additional exercise. We loved the large square table in the eating area. We played many a card game there in addition to board games. Many laughs were had. There is an abundant supply of movies. However we were more interested in skiing, tubing and just hanging on the dock. And the kayaks were also used on a daily basis. Thanks for the wagon to transport all of our belongings from the car to the house. Big plus. For people bringing boats there is a very nice boat launch two miles east of the house on the north side of the river in Priest River. There is trailer parking at the house at the top of the driveway next to the road. Thanks for all of the beach towels. They were used daily for swimming from the dock to drying off on the boat after skiing and tubing. The grill was very nice. Used often. Kitchen was large and the countertop was great for making homemade pizzas and a taco bar. We had a great time!!!

So Much Fun!

Great location. Quiet. The water access was so amazing to have. We all had such a great time and owners were so accessible. (I didn't need them for anything at all but I knew if I had needed them they would have gotten back to me right away. Wonderful Lake House.

Our family enjoyed another great time in the Lake Pend Arlene -Priest River area. Always great fishing & relaxing environment surrounded by nature. Enjoyed watching all the Bald Eagles catching fish , the duck families nesting on the shoreline for the night, enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck to find deer grazing in the back yard. House had all the comforts of home , was very clean,& hosts were kind & always promptly responded. Can’t wait to return .
