The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Gas fireplaces in the living room and bedroom, also a great feature. Would stay here again for sure.'

'This place was better than I imagined or even was listed. It was a perfect place to relax and have some quality down time. Close enough to Sandpoint to enjoy their amazing restaurants. The only weird thing is you can't access the house from the garage and the garage was small. We had to park our truck sideways to close the door. Would recommend it especially in the office season when it's super quiet.'

'We had a great stay. When i booked I didn’t know if we would have a dog with us, we didn’t but it has a wonderful fenced backyard that would be great (for a dog, kids or adults). 'Rental was in great condition. Hot tub was sparkling clean! Also king bed upstairs was probably the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in for a rental. Could have slept all morning if the dog wasn’t waking up to go sniff out geese, ha! Watershed was low for this time of year, I hadn’t realized it would be that low but we still enjoyed the paved walkways all over Dover bay. The whole neighborhood was clean and well kept. Saw deer, eagles, moose, woodpeckers, geese etc on our explorations in the bay...

'This property met, but did not exceed our expectations. Location was great, walkable to downtown and stores. The two upstairs bedrooms did not have doors which limited privacy. Beds, bedding, and furnishings were all basic but suited our needs.'

'Everyone agreed we’d stay at this house again. Beautiful view of the lake from the living room picture window and hot tub, plenty of room to spread out, and easy parking/unloading. Location is excellent for skiing - I thought it would be a little far but was wrong. It was so easy, especially to the shuttle. All in all, highly recommended rental house.'

'Great location for our family. Priest River waterfront. Dock and a separate swim dock. Be aware it is difficult to enter the water. There are ladders but the one on the dock is not installed correctly making the steps difficult. The other option is rocky and quite slippery. The house is roomy, and a lot of attention was given to decorations and supplies in the kitchen was impressive. The master bedroom bed is a king and comfy.
