'Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had!
Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours.
Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter.

'This hotel was awesome, free laundry service, super friendly staff, they even took the time to help me checkin for my flight since the airline was all in chinese which i couldn't read. the location was perfect it was literally in the middle of the nightmarket which had tonnes of food options. Would definitely come back here the next time i'm in Beijing.'

'We loved the location. It is in a beautiful, quaint neighborhood, very near to main attractions like the Forbidden City. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. 'Het hotel viel zeer tegen. Dit kwam voornamelijk door de erbarmerlijk slechte staat van onderhoud van het hotel.
Onze eerste kamer had meubilair dat beschadigd was, versleten, viezige tapijten. Schimmel in de badkamer, airconditioning die slecht functioneerde, een tv die geen goede beeldweergave meer had, loszittend behang en ga zo maar door.
Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam en zijn ons nog wel enigzins tegenoet gekomen door ons een andere kamer aan te bieden, maar ook daar was een waslijst...
