  • Hokulani Villa ~ Simple, Island Luxury Getaway! Deze vernieuwde golfbaan front thuis is vers op de markt! Deze prachtige villa beschikt over mooie meubels en een zeer gezellige sfeer. Met een fantastisch uitzicht op de golfbaan, uitzicht op Bali en meer dan een top van de oceaan ~ dit huis is waar je wilt zijn!

    Lichte en open woonruimtes met comfortabele stoelen en een grote flatscreen-tv voor uw plezier. Geniet van uw maaltijden in onze eetkamer met een mooie houten tafel en uitzicht op de golfbaan. Grote glazen schuifdeuren in woon- en eetkamers gaan open om onze aangename passaatwinden te verwelkomen. De volledig uitgeruste keuken van het huis is de droom van een gourmetkok! Roestvrij stalen high-end apparaten, natte bar met een wijnkoeler, op maat gemaakte kasten en granieten aanrecht met uitzicht op de golfbaan maken deze keuken een plek waar je wilt rondhangen!

    Op de begane grond zijn twee slaapkamers suites met elk hun eigen badkamer. Terwijl u de trap op gaat en naar de 2e verdieping gaat, bereidt u zich dan voor op de verbazingwekkende golfbaan en uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf uw eigen Lanai. Master suite beschikt over een bed geschikt voor een eiland royalty! Stap de hoofdbadkamer binnen en ontspan in het bad of douche onze prachtige op maat ontworpen tegeldouche. Off van de master suite is een ontspannende den / lounge met twee aparte bedden.

    Dit huis is perfect voor uw uitgebreide familievakantie, met voldoende ruimte voor iedereen om te verzamelen in de grote keuken, een genot voor levensgenieters. Het huis is prachtig ingericht met koele witte tinten om u echt het gevoel te geven dat u bent weggeweest in een spa-achtige sfeer. Perfect voor entertainment, met uitgestrekte veranda om te genieten van het prachtige Kauai weer. Amazing

Beautiful home. It had everything you could need for the beach, pool, games and bikes. I was nervous when I read the home book and it said bugs are normal on a tropical island. I did not see a single bug in the house so phew 😅 Very easy to stay in contact with management for anything. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay, plan to be back.

Pool is a big plus. Kitchen is well stocked. Garage has all the equipment for pool and beach. Property host was very accomidating. Pool guy Kevin showed up when he was scheduled to. You may want to remove the language in the guide about the pool maintence happening on Monday. It was nice to get texts regarding trash pick up and other helpful hints.

Princeville Kauai vacation

Property is great location and was clean and peaceful. Beach amenities were great for our grandchildren when we explored the nearby beaches. All appliances worked good and were adequate for our purposes. Pool was good for relaxing. The pool picture in VRBO should be updated, since the shrubbery is grown to about 7 feet so the golf course is not viewable while in the pool or on outside patio. The upstairs patio has a great view of the golf course and ocean. Great location if you like to golf, Makai golf course is expensive but a nice golf course.

Hokulani Villa is AWESOME

Absolutely LOVED this property. There were 6 adults and 2 teens in our party. We had not stayed in Princeville before. It was convenient to everything in the area. We had in-home massages and a helicopter tour scheduled via their concierge services. Maile had everything scheduled within 24 hours after being informed of our needs. The people they used for both services were awesome. We loved the ping pong table in the garage and pool in the back yard. All of the beach accessories and the outdoor shower to clean up after a day at the beach was such a bonus. Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. AC in all the bedrooms was nice too. Everyone had their own rooms and beds and all of the rooms were spread out. The fridge was massive. Plenty of dishes and kitchen stuff. Just walking the neighborhood was relaxing as well. Great views of the mountains in the front yard and ocean from the balcony overlooking the back yard and golf course. The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful. Yen and April were quick to respond with the few questions that we had. I highly recommend staying at the Hokulani Villa. You won't regret it.

Beautiful and serene

Gorgeous property on the golf course with a view of the ocean and Bali Hai. Modern kitchen with all the amenities. Quiet and beautiful community with plenty of nearby restaurants. You can easily spend the whole vacation within a few miles of the house. Should be noted that the room with two twins is connected to the master by a hallway with the bathroom between the rooms. The two bedrooms do not have doors. Did not bother us but it was a surprise. I would definitely stay here again.

A must stay

This place looks just like the pictures. They had beach chairs, fins, boogie boards, beach towels, table tennis, grill, washer and dryer with soap for it, spices for cooking, 5 beach cruiser bikes and razor scooters. The only thing to be aware of is that the king suite with the den is not private, so if you are a party of only adults and couples the master bed with the twin beds aren’t ideal, BUT that was the least of our worries. The sunsets where great, grocery store is close by too. The management company was always available when needed I would definitely stay again for sure! The place doesn’t not disappoint!

This place is so perfect! They have everything you'll need for the beach (towels, snorkels, boogie boards, fins, wagon, etc...) it was so nice to not have to worry about any of that stuff. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had a huge fridge for food. Plus it's in princeville which became our favorite part of the island. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing, clean and relaxing!

This home exceeded our expectations for a staycation! Immaculately clean and plenty of space for our kids and 2 couples. The pool was awesome for the kids. Location is perfect, overlooking the golf course and distant ocean views! The beds were super comfortable with a huge kitchen for prepping meals. Would definitely book again!

Great house and location with pretty view only a 10 min bike ride to beach. We loved having a private pool and bikes available for our use. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and the house also has beach chairs and toys available for guest use. It was all very nice. We had a wonderful stay.

The home was beautiful, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our getaway.

This vacation home was amazing. It was set up for use for an owner so everything was provided - bikes, coolers, ice packs, beach chairs, boards, ping pong - and that was just in the garage. The interior was well decorated, clean and great for relaxing after a day at the beach or golf course. The view from the second floor which was the master suite (with an open room that had 2 twin beds that we did not use) was better than the photos, with a great deck overlooking the 2nd green of the golf course. The property manager was so responsive with text messages returned immediately. We would definitely book this property again.

What a great place!

The Hokulani home was beyond our expectations. We had seven adults and one child and we had beds for everyone - the bedrooms and bathrooms were very modern and very comfortable. The outside patio area and swimming pool was fabulous for our family… Couldn’t expect anything more and the outside shower with shampoo and body wash was unbelievable ! The best thing that we found is that they had all that was needed for our beach days! All l the beach chairs and towels were provided and a little wagon to haul all the beach stuff with beach towels etc. to our beach location was so convenient… And even the beach toys for my little granddaughter was great ! They also had a ping pong table in the garage which was great For after dinner ping-pong challenges…they had bikes that we’re available which some of us took some bike rides...The BBQ grill worked great and had lots of fabulous dinners on the patio .The washer dryer was so convenient especially drying beach towels and swimsuits etc. that was great to have that available. Even being next to the golf course was terrific- we went out and took lots of walks and we were right next to the Hanalei Bay resort which was a short 5 minute walk which was wonderful to just grab a few cocktails ...Which was definitely a plus. Yen Was wonderful as she came to the house and explained everything to us… And even took a family pool photo for us ! Thank you Yen! All in all we couldn’t of had a better Stay at the Hokulani - we will definitely choose this location again when we return to Kauai! I would recommend this home to anyone that has a large family because it truly does have everything !

As advertised

As non golfers we felt a bit removed from the beaches. It’s not a fault of the property (we knew we weren’t beachside), just something to be ware of if traveling with small kids. Beaches are accessible by car but many are either rough water or big hikes to get into. My feeling is this is just one of the allures if Kauai (my first time there so I guess I should have done more research). The closest walking beach is not far (about 10-15 mins down hill and more time uphill) but hard to do with an infant and toddler (who often refuses to walk). The house was well equipped and the kitchen appliances superb. Tvs in every room, great water pressure, and great light throughout. Ac in the bedrooms and fans around to keep things cool. Perfect little gorgeous pool for Littles to play in and comfortable for adults. They really have thought of everything.

Beautiful property and great location

This house was just breathtaking. The bedrooms all had extra linens and pillows, there were extra towels for all of the guests, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the a/c worked wonderfully. They also had movies/games supplied if needed! If you are thinking of staying in Princeville there is no other house I would want to stay in!

Home Away From Home

It was very clear that Hokulani Villa was set up my an owner who also uses it as a personal vacation home and not just as a rental property. The attention to detail really made it feel like our home and not as a vacation rental with the bare minimums. The upgraded linens, furnishings, bikes, kitchen accessories, supplies, toiletries, etc. made it really feel like home to us. We have stayed in Princeville many times throughout the neighborhood over the last 20 years and this is by far the best location in the neighborhood. The pool was fantastic and the water temperature was perfect. The upstairs veranda has an impressive ocean view that is not captured in the online pics. We loved sitting on the veranda in the evenings and star watch....we saw so many shooting stars each night...magical! The management company was easily accessible and very accommodating...thank you!! The air conditioning in al the bedrooms made it heavenly for sleeping at nights!! We will definitely have Hokulani Villa always first on our list as we return. Mahalo to the owners for making it such a special home and sharing it with our family!

Beautiful Princeville house minutes from Hanalei

Very nice house that has been recently renovated. Great location - short walk to Happy Talk lounge and St. Regis beach. Very close to Princeville Center and Hanalei. Owners have provided many amenities including bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We highly recommend Kauai Surf Rentals for SUPs, surf boards, etc. Our property manager was very helpful and responsive. Excellent vacation rental, we had a wonderful holiday!

Let me tell you...the house looks JUST LIKE THE PICTURES! What an absolute pleasure to stay in this home. And I say HOME because it really felt like we were in OUR place. The owners have set it up extremely well for guests...and I particular appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (lots of good kitchen gadgets, pans, etc.) as well has having a good supply of basics (trash bags, dish washing soap, etc.) We all truly did not want to leave...and I hope that we get back to the island again some time in the near future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! Again....FAVORITE VRBO RENTAL...EVER!

Perfect for our family!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The photos are great but the house in person is even better. The description says it well. Bright and open, brand new house. It was a very clean house and my wife enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The views from the upstairs deck was very nice and relaxing. Mind you, there is a lot more ocean you can see than in the photos! The home is well taken cared of, even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. A very short walking distance to a nice restaurant at the Hanalei Bay Resort and it also has access to the beach by St Regis. The house manager was very nice and patient with all our questions. Overall, this property had more than what we expected to get. I highly recommend this home!
