'We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful spot in Princeville! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Lisa was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. She gave us helpful suggestions on places to explore and even recommended a beach that became one of our favorites. Her thoughtfulness really enhanced our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!'

'Great view, comfortable bed, fantastic beach within walking distance, well equipped kitchen. There was a dead battery in the smoke detector and the toilet flush was quite weak but if that's the worst I can say about it, that's pretty good. '

'Great location, easy to explore the area. Played a few rounds of rounds, Hokuala and Princeville Makai, and Wailua. Kamaaina rate at Wailua was very reasonable.We’re already talking about another quick trip to Kauai !Aloha'

'We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant...

'One of, if not best rentals we've stayed in. The house is very nicely appointed, the decor is modern and fresh, it had all the amenities to enjoy a beach holiday and make a nice dinner and eat outside. The location is ideal, close to shops, golf, a quick drive to Hanalei to have a picnic and watch the sunset and early morning walks. The property manager was attentive and responsive when needed but it had everything. We will rent this property again, why search for anything else. We will be back...

'We stayed with our adult children and their partners for just over a week and it was a great place for the six of us. Kitchen was well outfitted with all you need for cooking including a blender and even a rice cooker, though strangely no microwave. Plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer too. We very much enjoyed the place.'

'We stayed at this beautiful home in Princeville for 10 nights with our whole family of 7 , ages 3, 10, 12, 17, 20 and 54, and we had the time of our lives!The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of and beautifully decorated . This home is squeaky clean!!!! The kitchen was stocked like a chef’s kitchen, and we loved cooking meals together and enjoying them on the gorgeous lanais. Both lanais offered the most spectacular mountain views—absolutely breathtaking!The kids...

'Everything was perfect! This was exactly what I envisioned for our family vacation. The house was clean and stocked with all the essential needs. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub, firepit, soaking tub, ping pong table, kayak, etc. We cooked many meals in the amazing kitchen and appreciated the outside lanai with the string lights. 'This house is amazing - with enough room for 8 adults . The location is perfect - close by hideaway beach , queen’s bath, a foodland and lots of restaurant . it is a quick 10-15 drive to hanalei bay . Beach chairs , umbrellas , coolers , because towels etc are available for guests’ use. We enjoyed bicycling around the neighborhood in the early morning hours . i would stay here again if we even visit Kaui again .'

'We had an awesome stay in Kauai!! And this house checked all our boxes minus a pool but it did have a hot tub so after we braved hiking makaleha the hot tub was an absolute necessity!!! There were a few things that need some work on the house but noting these things with the host were received very well and they were very grateful! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!'

'Great north end location, well outfitted with beach stuff and kitchen tools. Sparkling 45 foot pool and nice spa. Close to Princeville shopping, town of Hanalei, and Haena State Park. Great communication with the owner including restaurant recommendations and activities. We woul stay there again.'

"We had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. Enough parking spaces around the building. Very nice apartment that has all the utilities you need during a stay (only keep in mind that there is no stove in case you want to cook, but the bbq area is great). AC and fan worked well. It is very quiet in the apartment building. Apartment has a cooler, umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq area is nice. The garden around the apartment and pool area is beautiful.Only possible downside is that it is very bright in the room in the morning (there are no darkening blinds or curtains), but this did not bother us too much."
