'Under renovation! Bad signage and even Google couldn’t find it because it was an older hotel. Room was new and nice but not quite my preference… kinda cold modern. '

'Hotel being remodeled- has strong artificial smells but the windows opened and we were able to air it out. Hot tub was highly over chlorinated and hurt our eyes so we didn’t spend long which sucked cause we really needed a hot tub. New designs and updates were nice but too many strong chemical smells. Pet policy sucks at $50/ night per dog. It’s not a deposit. Had to leave our dog in truck all night. '

'The pool was clean but I was disappointed that the hot tub was completely gone when they said they had one and also had pictures of one on the website. The hallways smelled like it was a friendly 420 place. The rooms did smell clean but when you walked into the hallways it was horrible. Staff was friendly and rooms seemed spacious but would not recommend staying at this location if you’re looking for something nice. Luckily we did a staycation and just wanted to swim. '

'The man that runs this business is great. He remembers who I am each time I return to his motel. It makes me feel special. He's always very kind and friendly. He is always available to help me out with anything I need and to give advice about places nearby. My girlfriend and I have chosen this motel every time we go to Portland for the kind staff, comfortable beds and very low prices. Also it's near plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great place to stay! '

'This hotel was very clean and had recently been updated. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to stores and restaurants. The hotel felt secure, they locked the door from 9pm to 9am and you could not enter without your room key. The breakfast was a nice addition. This hotel met our needs for our one night stay. '

'The man running establishment was very rude and made unnecessary calls to my room I didn’t appreciate'

'Non-smoking, but the building reeked of cigarettes. There are doors on the wall between room, and those doors had gaps at the top and bottom meaning the 3AM family loud conversation happening in the room next door was loud through the door gaps. Stuffing the gaps with towels didn't help much. The breakfast was limited with burnt coffee. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work. '

'Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.'
