By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that weather conditions are beyond the control of the host. Guests are responsible for monitoring the local weather forecast and preparing appropriately for their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring proper attire, supplies, and precautions for potential weather events such as rain, snow, extreme heat, cold, or other natural occurrences.
The host is not liable for any inconvenience, damage, or injury caused by adverse weather conditions, including road closures, power outages, or delays. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly and travel with necessary emergency supplies. In the event of severe weather, refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.
For safety and comfort, we recommend checking local alerts and advisories before your arrival.
Other things to note
- Summer Rentals require a 4-or 5- night stay depending on the week or weekend.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Exterior cameras are in place on the property.
- Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood packages are available for $25 (20 logs) and can be delivered right at check-in—just let us know.
- Beach Towel Rentals: Beach towels can be delivered before your arrival for $5 per towel. Lost towels are subject to a $20 replacement fee. Simply tell us how many you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If an event or a party is hosted by the guest they will be asked to close it down immediately. The second time the reservation will be cancelled and the guest will not receive a refund.
This property is a no smoking, no vaping, and no pets property and this is strictly enforced.
The indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
You are responsible for ensuring you do not cross contaminate the hot tub with lake water. We ask that you wear a different swim suit when going in the hot tub than one for the lake to avoid algae contamination. If the hot tub turns green, we will charge a $250 hot tub drain fee after your checkout.
*During winter months the lake is down. The view is the same, however the water at the dock may not be as deep.
