'When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.'

'The Royal Marshall has been a massive surprise and for the price eating in just like going out, which I did. The staff were always polite and helpful during our stay, plus if you need anything late at night, like we did as no luggage, rang around and got us up and running.
Is situated in a good central point for our trips and after our week here can only highly recommend Also has great WiFi, can a bit congested in the rooms in the evenings but I found normal at most hotels I’ve stayed Thank you...
