'Great location that was close enough to Provincetown to walk and far enough to be peaceful. The owners and staff were very accomodating. '

'Room and bathroom were very small and bed frame so close to the wall that I bloodied my shin. I mentioned this to the manager who agreed and said they had tried bumpers on the bed frames but they kept falling off.'

'What I love about the hotel is the location it is right on the beache and close to town but still far enhough that it is in a quiet area. The hotel it self was very disappointing the room was advertised as a 2 person room but the room and the bed where way to small for 2 people. I think the mattress was also pretty old because we both kept rolling to the middle because of a bump in the mattress. The shower was so small that we couldn't turn around in it. 'Very well appointed guest house with a comfortable bed and pleasant rooms, nicely designed and detailed. The breakfast room is separate and nice to spend time in. There is also an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Ample breakfast was served and there is a selection of magazines and daily newspapers for perusal. I’ve stayed in many establishments in Ptown through the years and this is one of my favorites.'
