I liked that the tvs have way more channels than a hotel normally would, & having a Keurig compatible machine in the room was great. Price was very reasonable. Housekeeping was great - very friendly & accommodating. Some of the front desk staff were helpful.
One lady at the desk seemed to not know anything about the hotel or be able to help with any simple requests (more coffee for the room, garbage bags etc. just sat there with a confused look on her face). I dealt with her a few times & it was a bit frustrating. Laundry machines were quite expensive & I had to come back to the desk twice for change because she told it me was $2.75 (it was $3.25). I exchanged bills for coins with her & she gave me coins the machines don’t even accept (toonies) & when I told her I needed enough for 2 loads she didn’t give me enough for that, even at $2.75/load lol.
I stayed for 4 nights & the parking lot was a sheet of ice the whole time: nobody bothered to even put down salt. Love that they are a pet friendly hotel, but I fell hard, twice just trying to take my dog for a walk. Breakfast was not anything special - they’d be better off to just not advertise continental breakfast & not serve anything lol
