'I had to wait 30 minutes to check in on top of that there was a lady at the counter who kept letting people cut the line knowing we were all there waiting already and then had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get a room which I had booked as available which wasn’t available so had to wait for the cleaning lady to get it ready. 'Hotel was already know to us and knew hotel is old and not more than 3 Stars but close to the location we needed to be in Newark. We arrived midnight and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated. '

'BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough.
