'We recently stayed at the Fairmont in Boston and overall had a very good experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with classic charm and elegant surroundings. One of its best features is the location — it’s right in the heart of the city, with easy access to just about everything you'd want to see or do in Boston. When we arrived, there was a bit of an issue locating our reservation in the system, which was frustrating at first, but thankfully the staff resolved it relatively quickly....

'I was scared for the reviews, but my time there was nice. Room clean and confortable. The staff that received me was friendly, but the guy that work at night it's nasty, unfriendly, dry and unhelpful. Never it's in the counter and he is mad if you need support with anything. just for that reason I put 3 starts for the staff. The rest excellent, I will definitely stay again there. '
