'Great stay! We loved the house on Houghton Lake. Such a beautiful view. Hot tub, swings, and paddle boards were all used. The kids had a great time in the lake. It was very peaceful. We would return and stay here again!'

'Just got home from our stay at naughty in the woods wow an amazing spot if you’re into using side-by-side or riding the trails at Houghton Lake. Great location, conveniently located by plenty of bars and restaurants auto parts stores and a Walmart. Only 1.2 miles from the Denton Creek trailhead which is a blast. It offers great trails in great scenery. When we got done, we lit a fire outback, and sat and laughed about all the time we had on the trails. We will definitely be back a great spot!'

'Exceptional stay at this lake front house, in all aspects. Host were very friendly and very detailed email about the house and your welcomed stay. House was very clean and nicely decorated. And fully supplied kitchen with everything you would need from dishes to appliances. Clean property, nice dock, outdoor furniture and gas grill. Short walk out to the sand bar in shallow water. Hope our dates are avaliable next year.Smith family'

'This was the perfect place for a quick getaway. The house was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The beach area could have been cleaned up better - there was some trash laying around. Communication with the host was poor. I sent a message prior to our stay to see if we could get in a little earlier and never heard back. There were no check out instructions given so we really didn’t know what we should do with dirty towels, trash etc. All in all it was a wonderful stay! '

'Amazing vacation! The Main House plus 3 cabins gave ample space & privacy for our group of 20 babies & 4 dogs! The backyard is perfect for campfires & play area for the young ones. Being so close to the public street access was very convenient! Renting a pontoon from Go Fast made the vacation complete!! We’ll be back! Already booked for 2026! 'Had a wonderful fall weekend here! The place was so cozy inside! We loved sitting in the hot tub with the outside temperature so cold or just around the fire talking! The host was amazing This was probably my first rental with such an array of complimentary items!
