'We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. '

'The hotel is in a superb mountain area. The area is really you imagine of Vietnam. Rice fieldd. Wooden houses nice people. The resort is very nice and they try to let you feel at home. The resort has only a couple of rooms but theh are expandinf so there were construction activities but they did not give any problem. The only thing is that the place is visited during daytime bu a lot of tours that have lunch or a drink at the resort. This makes the place very busy and less relaxed. The pool...

'6 star service. Attentive staff who are always smiling and caring. Lovely property with the waterfall as the centrepiece where every activity revolves around it. Good food, soothing sounds from the forest, and fresh air from the mountains.'
