'Personal (male from Romania) at the reception was total not professional acceptable. With sentences as”HERE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING!!!!” This because I asked if the stil water at the room have to be payed. Also the personal at the breakfast did their job because they have to. '

'Fantastic place. 20min walk from the center. Amazing staff. Unbelievable good food. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Every year I'm sending my mom and my aunt 2-3 nights away for a short holiday. This year i booked Opus Villa. This is the first time when my mom felt very comfortable as usually staff don't pay attention to elders as they do with youngsters. She was thrilled and kept talking about the place and the food, nothing negative. I definitely recommend the place.'

'Het hotel is goed gelegen, in het centrum en op wandelafstand van het station. De bus naar het Peleş kasteel en naar de kabelbaan stopt voor de ingang van het hotel. Ik had een mooie, moderne kamer. Jammer genoeg gaf het niet zo een nette indruk. Er waren vlekken op het hoofdeinde van het bed en de matras. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitzonderlijk uitgebreid en lekker. De ontbijtzaal is ruim en mooi.'
