'Very nice hotel with very nice view.'

'Effective and pleasant customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Excellent location in the middle of the town - one block from the main street (Bernardo O'Higgins). Serviced and large clean room.'

'Lugar maravilhoso, localização privilegiada. Toda a equipe prestou excelente atendimento. Oferecem estacionamento gratuito o que é muito bom, mas fica a uma quadra e meia. Suíte confortável é muito bem decorada. Café da manhã muito bom, o pão caseiro foi o melhor que já comi. Vale muito a pena conhecer.'

'great hotel and helpful staff- breathtaking views of the lake and plaza de armas'

'This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica. It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.'

'O hotel é duas quadras de qualquer ponto ali, 2 quadras do centro, 2 quadras do morador, 2 quadras da praia de areia vulcânica, dos principais restaurantes.'

'Muy amable la Recepcionista. El hotel debe ser refaccionado. La ventana del baño no tenía manilla y entraba mucho frío.El baño no tiene calefacción, sólo hay un climatizador en el sector dormitorio. El desayuno un poco escaso. Tiene buen estacionamiento y buena ubicación.'

'Hairdryer and easier checkout Ways to pay clearer on website'

'The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

'Two things made this place a solid choice for us. First, the location is amazing - a few blocks from the lake, and very close to the downtown restaurants, etc. Second, Nahir (who worked there and greeted us) was incredibly kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to assist in every way she could. The place itself is quite rustic - we were there in late fall and it was a bit hard to stay warm in the cabin. At night it was okay, but in the afternoons we were...

'We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again'

'👍 excelente , lo recomendamos'

'The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great. Very helpful with booking tours and advising about the area. All in all very good value for money. The only thing we didn't particularly like is that we had to move rooms for our third night.'

'Very clean and comfy room, friendly staff and even friendlier cats <3'
