Welcome to your home away from home in Pueblo! This cozy, spacious, and family-friendly retreat offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out while enjoying the comfort and convenience of a quiet suburban neighborhood. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and space to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, this two-story home is a great fit for families, friends, work travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while exploring Pueblo and the surrounding area.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard and attached garage. Located in Pueblo’s Eagleridge neighborhood, the home is in a peaceful residential area while still being conveniently close to downtown, local restaurants and shops, museums, the Pueblo Zoo, the Arkansas Riverwalk, and more. The nearest hospital is also approximately 10 minutes away.

The Space

The home features two separate living areas, giving your group plenty of space to relax. The first-floor living room includes a large couch, loveseat, coffee table, and Vizio smart TV. Upstairs, you’ll find a second living room with a cozy couch, coffee table, and Roku TV. A selection of games is also available in the cabinet near the bar for a relaxing night in.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, and more. Enjoy your morning coffee with the Keurig, with coffee and sugar provided. The kitchen also includes a single-serve blender and electric hand mixer. The dining table seats up to 6 guests, while the kitchen breakfast bar provides seating for 2 more.

Sleeping Arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor and features a queen bed and closet.

• Bedroom 2: Located upstairs and features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and dedicated desk workspace.

• Bedroom 3: Located upstairs and features a queen bed and closet.

• Primary Bedroom: Located upstairs and features a King bed, large walk-in closet, Roku TV, and a private attached five-piece bathroom.

The primary bathroom includes two sinks, a toilet, a separate bathtub, and a separate shower. The additional upstairs full bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination. A convenient half bathroom with a sink and toilet is also located on the first floor.

Both full bathrooms include basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.

Comfort & Convenience

The home includes fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heat, and self check-in for added convenience. Each guest reservation receives a unique smart-lock entry code.

A washer and dryer are also available for guest use, and laundry detergent is provided.

There are three TVs throughout the home: a Vizio smart TV in the downstairs living room, a Roku TV in the upstairs living room, and a Roku TV in the primary bedroom. Guests are welcome to use available streaming services and log into their own accounts.

Outdoor Space & Parking

Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, which is exclusively available for guests during their stay. The backyard includes an outdoor dining table with a sun shade and string lights, making it a great place to enjoy some fresh air.

While the backyard is for the exclusive use of guests, please note that it is not secluded from neighboring homes, and nearby neighbors may be able to see into the yard.

Guests are welcome to use the attached two-car garage, which comfortably fits two midsize vehicles. Because the garage is somewhat compact, it may not accommodate larger SUVs or full-size trucks. The driveway can accommodate up to two additional large vehicles, and free street parking is also available. We simply ask that guests please be mindful not to block neighboring driveways.

There are no stairs required to enter the home, aside from a small lip at the front entry.

Pet-Friendly

We welcome up to two dogs during your stay—sorry, no cats. A pet fee applies.

The fully fenced backyard is great for dogs, and we provide a dog crate, food and water bowls, and poop bags for your convenience. We ask that guests pick up after their dogs and that dogs be crated if left alone in the home for an extended period of time.

Family-Friendly

The home is suitable for children and offers plenty of space for families. A baby gate is available for use at the bottom of the stairs. We also provide a high chair and Pack ’n Play.

Important Information

For the safety and security of our gests and property, exterior security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. Cameras cover the front door, driveway, backyard, and both side yards, providing coverage of the exterior of the property. The cameras are visible, are not hidden, and do not look into any windows or private indoor spaces. They record both video and audio.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to help respect our neighbors and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.
