'This is a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the zoo, City Park and the State fairgrounds. We always try to get this house whenever possible. It just feels so homey. We are so grateful to be able to use the garage. The hosts are great!'

'The home met all our needs during our brief stay. The home is beautifully restored and roomy. The downstairs bath is not for real bathing so if you have a large family, plan to line up. The upstairs bath/shower is not for the aged and does need a tub mat to prevent slips in the tub. Overall it was very nice.'

'The hot tub is incredible. We watched sports and enjoyed the water. The rest of the house left much to be desired. The house needs a deep cleaning. The walls, fans, baseboards, under the beds and other furniture haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Don’t plan on cooking at the house, The kitchen has little to no utensils, there’s no pots and pans or cokie sheets in the kitchen. There’s a very small coffee pot but no coffee was provided. 'We had a wonderful stay at this home. Convenient location with everything we needed close by. The home was beautifully decorated and so clean! Host provides the prefect amount of kitchen essentials, that were thoughtfully organized. We saw quail in the backyard in the morning and a cute lizard in the front yard. We all slept great and were very comfortable. We will definitely book again. Thank you Michael for the fantastic stay!'
