'The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. Perfect for families, or 2 couples as it offers each a bedroom and each their own bath plus kitchen.
Location steps to Malecon, restaurants, cafes, grocery. And quiet for sleeping. The pool setting is very nice with many lounge chairs. Hector the owner is really helpful. I felt relaxed staying here. Would...
