'The hotel is in a great location in Old San Juan. Everything is close by and within walking distance. The only downside was the parking. There is no street parking available and no hotel parking. Luckily there was a valet parking lot in front of the hotel but spots are limited so there is no guarantee that you can get a spot.'

'It is very clean inside, the staff are very friendly. No parking if you have a car leave it down at the end by the police station or where the cruises come in don’t risk getting towed. Very safe the door to get in locks after a certain hour and you can only get in with your room key. Someone is always at the front desk. Everything is within blocks it’s very convenient. Everyday our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels and the bed was changed. '

'We had an amazing time. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. We did see a couple bugs, but I do understand we’re on a tropical island. They were tiny and not very overwhelming. It was great to have an air conditioning type unit in each area. It’s a great location everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.
