Chac Hal Al, bijgewerkte studio, op steenworp afstand van het strand

Casa Monica ligt in het appartementencomplex Chac Hal Al Peninsula, tussen de jachthaven en het strand. Chac Hal Al biedt twee zwembaden, toegang tot het strand en tal van palapa's en ligstoelen voor eigenaren en gasten. De openbare weg eindigt bij de eigen ingang van Chac Hal Al, die wordt bemand door 24 bewaking. De appartementen zijn een korte wandeling van twee minuten naar restaurants, winkels, duikwinkels, dolfijnontdekking, evenals vissen, zeilen en para-zeilen avonturen. De golf- en racketclub ligt nog een blok verderop. Wat ik leuk vind aan Casa Monica is de privacy van terug te zijn tussen de tropische tuinen en met uitzicht op de jachthaven, terwijl het strand en de zwembaden letterlijk op een steenworp afstand liggen. Ik kan naar het strand en het zwembad gaan om te kletsen, of te ontspannen en te lezen, maar als ik eenmaal thuis ben, loopt niemand door mijn kleine retraite te turen waar ik de boten voorbij kan zien gaan, naar de vogels kan luisteren of de leguanen op het gazon kan voeren hieronder. De recente updates voor Casa Monica omvatten nieuw: vloertegel, wasmachine / droger, smart tv, dvd-speler, rotan bank en stoelen, nieuwe laden in de keuken en badkamer voor het gemak van onze gasten op langere termijn en een nieuwe aanrechtoven groot genoeg om braad een kip en beddengoed van Zara. We hopen dat je net zo graag in Casa Monica blijft als wij.

Cute little studio, stocked with all your needs to make a comfortable stay. Owner was super responsive and helpfull. Was nice to recieve bottled water for our whole stay. Cleaning happened as well which was appreciated. Spent many hours on the patio enjoying the boats come and go. Best beach in the whole area, and a lovely pool. We walked to many great restaurants and pubs, Munchys was our favorite this trip. Cant wait to return. THanks to the hosts and the very friendly working Mexicans in PA.

Great clean, secure and well located place, just steps away from a lovely beach. Super view of the marina from the balcony. Very comfy bed and well furnished unit (but for the couch, which has definitely seen better days 😕). Special thanks to Heather who is very attentive to your every needs and easy to reach. Location, Location, Location! Loved the quite community of Puerto Adventuras. Loved the quite beauty of Chac Hal Al. The condos have their own security team. Everything is safe and easy to walk to. The condo was as described. It was very comfortable and very convenient. We just walked a few steps across the walk to the beach. The palapas were great for shade and comfort. You had a choice between the ocean and the pool or just relaxing with a cool drink. You could take a walk on the beach or take a walk to Central Park. We enjoyed many of the restaurants. We had a lot of great meals. We also enjoyed seeing the dolphins every day in the Dolphin encounter. Heather was easy to work with and very accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

Cozy studio with everything one could want and super safe and secure and close to the center of PA. Heather was very accommodating and met us in the common area. The gas grill was malfunctioning and she got some one to come over and fix it right away. We will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was in perfect shape and is in a wonderful location in Puerto Aventuras! We stayed cool inside the condo with the A/C unit and enjoyed a balcony overlooking the marina. Great studio property

This was a perfect spot for our needs. Heather was very responsive to any messages we sent and Fausto was quick and efficient. The studio is set up great with a generous closet to stow away luggage and clothes and the safe is great to have for peace of mind. It was nice to sit on the deck with coffee in the morning and watch the marina traffic go by. The location is convenient to the shops and restaurants in the town centre. We rented a golf cart as we had family staying in another area of PA and also took in some golf and driving range time. Thanks Heather, we'd definitely look at renting this property again!

Heather’s place is really nice and in an excellent location. Heather was very welcoming and got back to me quickly whenever I needed to communicate with her. The only reason I gave the check in process a lower rating is because VRBO didn’t send me the code that I needed for the lock box. I would stay here again..
