'I stayed here twice. Both times highly satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and accommodatding. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). I highly recommend this establishment. '

The place was really nice and spacious rooms, very clean, complete facilities with nice little touches such as line to dry your clothes, usb sockets, and a hammock. The place looks the same in the photos. Max and his family were very welcoming and helpful and responsive. He helped us find tours and gave us tips to do and see in the island. 'We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Torre Mar Galápagos and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The apartment-hotel was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for families. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that provided plenty of space for us and our two teenage kids, making it easy to relax after busy days exploring the islands. 'Excellent value for money. Staff were always friendly & ready to help. Rooms were spacious with en suites & tv. & I enjoyed relaxing by the pool at the end of each day & dipping in to cool off. It’s not the most luxurious hotel in the world & breakfast is basic, but what would you expect for £209 for 6 nights over new year. If you want 5* star facilities & treatment go & pay £200 per night at one of the more luxurious hotels nearby, I struggle to believe some of the negative reviews I read here...
