'I have never left a review, but felt compelled to write this one. This hotel was nice and facility itself was gorgeous, but I felt we were paying too much for not a ton on return. We often waited 1+ hour to be served food, only for the food to come out with a hair in it, had to wake up at 7am every day just to hope to get a pool spot (there were plenty of places, but at least half were ones that would require extra payment), and often had miscommunications with the staff that left us feeling...

'We did a girls trip to Fiesta Americana Condesa for 5 days, 4 nights and could not recommend it more! The service was incredible, the food was absolutely delicious. Our rooms were clean and up to date. We loved how there were so many options- beach and multiple pools- but everything still felt very easy and accessible. 'Outstanding service! Luxurious and welcoming! Beautiful white sand beach, gorgeous view. I enjoyed many of the fun activities including pool Zumba, candle making, beach yoga, and sound healing. Nightly entertainment was first class—many different styles of music (vocal and instrumental), dance, magic, even a circus above and around the main pool! We ate in almost all of the restaurants and the food was awesome! Already planning a return visit in 2027! '
