The Neighborhood:

Atardecer Martiánez is located in one of the most popular areas of Puerto de la Cruz, close to the seafront promenade, beaches and the famous Lago Martiánez swimming pool complex. The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and everyday services within walking distance. It is an ideal location for enjoying the coast, discovering the town centre and experiencing the relaxed atmosphere of northern Tenerife.



Getting Around:

Many of the main attractions in Puerto de la Cruz can be reached on foot from the apartment, including the seafront promenade, Lago Martiánez, beaches, restaurants, cafés and shops. There are also bus stops and taxi services nearby. The accommodation does not include private parking, but public street parking and paid parking options can be found in the surrounding area, subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

The building has an outdoor parking area 🚗, although spaces are not assigned and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To access the parking area by car, use the grey remote control located at the entrance of the accommodation to lower the chain.

If there are no spaces available, you can park on the public streets nearby 😊.



Interaction with Guests:

On the day of your arrival, you will receive the access code and all the instructions needed to enter the accommodation. When you arrive at the building, please follow the instructions provided to access the main entrance.
