'Het personeel is zeer servicegericht. Het hotel is wat gedateerd maar het is een degelijk hotel en alles functioneert. Het is heel netjes en schoon en het bed was heerlijk maar heel fris lakens. We hadden een kamer met fantastisch uitzicht op de baai. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het restaurant is ook goed voor het diner, was lekker en met prachtig uitzicht. '

'Dit hotel is een hele goede accommodatie om het gebied rondom het meer te bezoeken. Service is prima, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Goede faciliteiten in het hotel, onder andere een fijn zwembad. Hotel is wat verouderd in stijl, maar in een uitstekende staat van onderhoud en overal erg schoon.'

'We have stayed here a few times for a couple of nights, in different (located) rooms. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice and pretty rooms. With clear weather from the lakeside rooms great views of the volcanoes (e.g. Osorno). Very kind and helpful staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Perfect location: a few minutes walk from the center of Puerto Varas and the lake. Excellent breakfast with good fruits and delicious bakery (the Apfelstrudel, alas not always available, can easily...

'The Hotel Frutillar is a gem. Frutillar is one of the most quaint and beautiful towns we've ever visited. And the Hotel Frutillar is probably one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff, the rooms and the gardens are simply a pleasure. The hotel is very close to a variety of shops and restaurants too. Will most certainly come back next time, (hopefully soon) that we're visiting the Lake Region of wonderful Chile.'

'It was a real pleasure staying here for 5 nights during our stay in Puerto Varas. The staff were especially helpful and very kind. Very convenient location to the town. The Hotel El Greco is beautifully decorated with vintage memorabilia and historical items. The lobby, dining room, and each of the floors has the feeling of walking through a historical museum. The breakfast was great too! Will most certainly come here again next time we're visiting the Lake Region of wonderful Chile.'
