'We loved the place. The house was comfortable and in an excellent location—perfect as a base for a trip to the Riviera Maya. There were plenty of towels, which we really appreciated since we went to the beach (the beach at Puerto Morelos is one of the best) or pool almost every day. The community pool area was great, and we were able to see monkeys and agoutis (sereques) in the surrounding forested areas.Diana was very responsive and helpful with our questions and inquiries.'

'The rental was perfect for our family of 5, although it was not the same place as in the photos. The host explained why as this space was a bit bigger. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped! The beds were amazing and now I need a mattress for home! The rooms were bright and cozy. Moises was very helpful, overall wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!'

'The view was fabulous! Possibly the best beach view we have had in Mexico. The pool and sun deck were 1 floor below us with the same wonderful view of the ocean. 'We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Villa. Everything was as described. We kayaked, fished, snorkeled with whale sharks up the coast and visited a local cenote. The restaurants in Puerto Morales were excellent. It was hard to pick from the many choices. 'We had a two week stay at Palma Grande. We found the accommodations very clean. The person we were dealing with (Moises) was always very prompt in his replies to any concerns we had as a group. I would recommend this property to others. Short cab rides to the beach and also short cab rides to the grocery store as well as local restaurants. We had a great time staying there.'

'Aqua guesthouse is a quiet oasis about a 16 minute bike ride into the center or Puerto Morelos where we were able to get groceries. The owners do have bikes for rent for $900 pesos per bike for the week. "Disappointing Stay at Sensira Resort Cancun – Not Worth the Hype Our stay at Sensira Resort Cancun started with high hopes but ended with many disappointments. While the property has potential and the location is beautiful, the overall experience did not live up to expectations – especially for an all-inclusive resort. Service Issues: From the beginning, it was clear that service here is heavily tip-driven. If you don’t tip waiters upfront or regularly, you may be ignored or treated with indifference. This shouldn’t be the case in an all-inclusive resort where good service should be standard. Staff often came across as unfriendly and uninterested, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Dining Experience: The food was mediocre at best. The buffet lacked freshness, and food items often seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. We tried the three à la carte restaurants: • Steakhouse: We ordered a medium steak and received a well-done one instead. When we pointed it out, they claimed to make a new one but served us the exact same piece, just cut differently. The meat was tough and poorly seasoned. • Italian Restaurant: We ordered three Margherita pizzas – all of them came without tomato sauce and were overloaded with cheese. When we asked about it, the waiter said the oven was broken and they had to use a salamander grill instead. Apparently, they were also out of tomato sauce? We also ordered spaghetti with chicken and asparagus. The chicken turned out to be deep-fried"

"Een goed leuk uitziend hotel Er is wel wat te doen sommige dingen betaald . Eten best veel en veel waar je apart kan gaan eten maar weinig variatie. pas op met taxi het is een gesloten gebied dus je komt daar alleen met hun taxi af omdat deze hotel buiten de hotel zone valt die zijn erg prijzig "
