I been there a couple times and everytime im leaving i wanna stay longer. The services are great. The have to fix minor things around and more snacks during the afternoon. Other wise i love this resort its my favorite. Im coming back soon !

It was not a true all inclusive. No restaurants were open. They only had a cheap and low quality buffet with limited options. Totally unacceptable to be called in all inclusive. My boyfriend and I, had a wonderful time. Our room was beyond amazing, staff were great & very helpful when you needed any assistance. Food is very tasty, they changed it up every day & it never once disappointed. Everything was a walkable distance, didn’t feel like anything was too far. We will definitely make it a yearly thing to visit, we already miss it & want to return!!

We had booked the Presidential Suites but upon our arrival were "upgraded" to the Royal Suites. This was our first stay at the property and so i was not initially aware, but this was not an upgrade. The room was much smaller and shabbier. This took several hours to get resolved, and they were not able to move us back to the room we had initially booked until the next day. That experience was relatively representative of our stay. The individual people who work at the resort are lovely, but the corporate entity is trying to milk people for all they are worth. Everything is about trying to sell real estate, or get people to buy "upgrades." Once we were in our correct room it was spacious and comfortable, and the beach is wide and very swimmable. The pool near our room was adults only however, the beach was littered with trash, and many of the restaurants are reserved for people who own timeshares, which had not been clear when booking. The beach was also a 10-15 minute walk, which was fine for us but would be tough if you were less mobile. The shuttle only came every ~25 minutes and was often full. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Cuando llegamos al hotel no había una confirmación hecha por Expedía y tuvimos que esperar que llamaran a la administración. Lo que con llevó que nos dieran las habitaciones en edificios separados y bastante lejos, lo que nos produjo bastante incomodidad y problemas. Tuvimos bastante disgusto debido a esto.

I wish that I never book this place , we pick two room Presidencial suits , front desk staff rude and bad services, I request extra clean towels the answers was how many people you have in your room? We don’t have any clean towels, them 2 hrs after they sent house. Keeper saying that she can dry the dirty ones that used to clean the floor . All bathrooms was clogged contact maintenance no one has answered.

Para mí fue una experiencia muy mala porque era mi luna de miel y fue muy desagradable ver como mi esposo quiso que pasáramos una noche inolvidable y agradable pero lamentablemente no fue así porque todo fue muy diferente a como lo habíamos visto la reservación y lo peor de todo fue cuando llegamos a la habitación que pensé que era lo que habíamos reservado pero no fue así la habitación era una SUIT PRESIDENCIAL y cuando llegamos a la habitación era una suite presidente familiar porque era compartida porque a nosotros no tocó el lado de la sala donde estaba la CAMA plegable y en vez de sentirnos cómodos era todo lo contrario muy incómodo y no fue una experiencia muy grata por ser nuestra luna de miel. We had bugs in the rooms roach and termites rooms smells bad tiles on floors all broken , floors dirty and my feet would turn black they change me to another room a little better but tv would work still had termites , light on the pool as give chock to people passing in front lights the grounds had garbage a lot plastic cups inside pools stuff no so friendly I has an disappointed , food really limited choices over all really bad experience I would never go back to that resort
