A lot of potential but disappointing
We stayed for 7 days in a suite on the groundfloor. The staff is friendly but lacks training. I don’t recommend using the restaurant. Orders take forever & they couldn’t serve some dishes because of missing ingredients. On the 2nd day there was a fire right next to the resort, because of the heat &strong wind that day. We had to evacuate the resort for the day &the staff & firefighters saved the resort from burning down. The fire started on the field at the back of the resort, went all the way around & also burned the entire field in front of the resort. It came close to 1m. Unfortunately there was no alarm, no notice, no plan, no protocol for evacuation. Luckily our suite is located at the back so we could see it happen &decided to pack&run. Much later they had to evacuate everyone because of the smoke that had entered the entire resort&restaurant. Later learned that these kind of fires are not uncommon in the area because of heat but it never came this close to the resort before. Eventhough there were fire extinguishers & a waterhose available in the resort, we did not see them use this at time of the fire. Which makes us think they could be fake. Instead they used a bucket to take water out of the pool&wet the surroundings so the fire couldn’t burn the resort. After the fire we came back&the staff acted as if nothing happened.. bizarre. The room smelled like smoke for days. We talked about this with the manager, asked for a compensation. Could only offered us a free tour.

People at the reception are not helpful
They dont offer information to help guest how to prepare for the local tours they offer. We were charge extra while on the tour for materials we would need. Other guests with us were mad. Also our reservation includes free pick up and drop at the airport. We were made to pay for bringing us to the airport while those with local reservations were free. Except for the front desk personel the waiters and the rest were very friendly.

Heerlijk hotel resort met vriendelijk personnel en goed eten in een prachtige locatie overlooking de Honda bay even buiten Puerto princesa :-) I love it !

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heerlijk eten, leuke loungebar en prachtig zwembad. In de kamer ontbrak het aan niets.

Perfect Hotel
Zeer aangename ervaring. Hotel is pas 6maanden oud. Zeer leuke kamer met zwembadzicht. Kamer heeft alle faciliteiten (airco, lcd, koffer, douche,etc). Super vriendelijk personeel (Mae was een schat bij alle hulp). Ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en restautant is perfect bij avondval. Nadeel, toch wel 20min verwijderd van stad..maar er is een bus die naar het grote winkelcentra gaat. Niet te missen als je te Puerta Princesa bent!!!! Een aanrader.

It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool.

Incredibly disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, despite having a confirmed booking they didn’t have enough room for our entire stay. Housekeeping didn’t visit our rooms unless specifically asked, building works going on at all hours, transfers given away, and awful communication. The staff was nice but unable to help at most occasions, due to poor management. I would not stay here again and would urge other to never stay here to avoid stress and disappointment.

The property is very nice, but has potential to be better. It needs a western manager to come in and take over operations for a little while to increase efficiency of the staff as well as the training of the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but just didn’t seem to have the training to know how to make the operation run smoothly, and to help generate more income for the hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with friendly staff to accommodate your needs. Free shuttle to shopping and the airport is convenient. The beach areas are far away and need transportation to.

We love our stay at Panja Hotel. All the staff are very accommodating and humble. They offer also excellent breakfast. The view is breathtaking. For those who really love nature, pool, peace of mind, relaxation, this hotel is perfect for you. I highly recommend it because our overall stay is worth it.

What I loved the most about the hotel was it’s beautiful scenery! Mountains, ocean and flowers, a real paradise. My only recommendation would be to add more comfortable seating options in the room and outdoors so it’s possible to sit and relax with a book. Amazing service, curious and would definitely recommend.

We stayed for two days before heading to El Nido and after a long trip, this was a beautiful escape to wake up in. The staff were very friendly, helpful and lovely. The pool was great. The restaurant with our morning breakfast and dinners was great and I would 100% recommend staying here.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. There was onsite parking. Would have liked a tub but you can’t have everything. 😊

Relaxing, fantastic view and very Nice and helpful people. 15 mins away from The city by mini van/mini bus. There is free shuttle bus from hotel to town and from hotel to airport.

2022 family vacay at Panja Resort
It's our 2nd stay at Panja Resort. We like coming back here because of its location,away from the busy city and surrounded by beautiful nature. The resort's cleanliness also attracts us to come back, clean rooms, sheets, towels, bathrooms, everything! We also love the food here because it is very delicious. Staff are excellent people, they are very accommodating, friendly and respectful. Even the owner extends his assistance when he can. We appreciate their kindness to our family, specially when they gave us complimentary hot lemon juice with honey and cookies when they fetched from a rainy trip. Moreover, we highly appreciate that they did not charge extra for our early checkin. We will surely come back Panja because we love it there😊💯💙

全てにおいて完璧な対応でした。超一流の高級ホテルではないのにもかかわらず、出迎えのバンの運転手はキンキンに冷えた水も持ってきてくれ、エントランスに着いたときはとても美味しいスムージーをウェルカムドリンクとしていただきました。スタッフの皆様もみんな笑顔で対応してくれたので、こちらも自然と嬉しい気持ちになりました。一つ一つの対応も丁寧だったので、またぜひ泊まりたいです！
