Wij waren samen met onze dochtertje van 1,5 jaar, de hotel personeel was zeer attendt, zo kwamen ze ons ophalen met de buggy en brachten ze ons naar de strand of naar de dichtsbijzijnde winkelcentrum. Goede service staat hoog in de vaandel bij de Amarterra.

Ontvangst was netjes en vriendelijk. Kregen een koud doekje en welkomstdrankje.

The hotel has all the facilities you need, but its not a hotel of extreme luxury. Which was fine for us. If you are looking for a great hotel with all the facillities you need, but not a crazy expensive one, this is your hotel.'

It is a large and well maintained resort in a beautiful Balinese authentic style, and despite its size everything feels warm and cozy. Really all the staff and employees are super friendly with a big smile, you really feel yourself welcome and a respected guest. I highly recommend the Ayodya Palace for a beautiful Balinese experience. A special thanks to Noni and her colleagues who looked after us very well during breakfast, tea and cocktail hours.
