'The host was OK, but her communication was very inconsistent. Sometimes she responded straight away, other questions she did not respond, or we had to ask again.For the price we paid, certain basic things were missing that we would expect such as a pair of scissors and a sieve in the kitchen. Other utensils were broken.While the bedrooms were clean, throughout the house there were a lot of marks/damage on the walls, and underneath the couches in the living room was filthy and clearly had not...

'Difficult to make contact with host.Access delayed for 1 hour.The whole place was filthy.Windows haven’t been cleaned for a very long time.Glasses and cups/mugs stained and showing fingerprints.Cutlery also.Vinyl floors sticky and unwashed.Entry ranchslider difficult to operate.Carpet appears to not have been cleaned for some time.Toilet didn’t flush properly.Had to pour water into bowl to clear it.'

'Room was clean and tidy.
However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks'

'Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was clean, exactly as listed, really spacious so perfect for our big group. And the lake views were splendid as we also got lucky with the weather. Everybody also enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table in the garage. '
