This spacious holiday apartment is only 200 m walking distance from the local beach "Gortanova uvala" (Gortan Cove) which is in the middle of the promenade by the sea called Lungomare. Lungomare is beautiful promenade between pinewood forest and most attractive natural beaches in Pula offering beach bars, restaurants, tennis courts...
The historical and cultural center of the region, town Pula is within 2 km reach. Evening walks through 3000 yrs old city of Pula and vibrant evening life will additionally fulfill your holiday impressions.

Groups and groups of young people, parties and any events are not allowed!!

House is a private property, consisting of 6 different size holiday apartments and the owner's apartment.

Apartment 6+2 (150m2) is located on the first floor and consists of :
-kitchen with dining table (equipment: stove : electrical/gas: 4 cooking rings, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, oven, cooking hood, toaster, cooking utensils); air condition; commode with SAT TV
-living room (folding bed for 2 persons) with exit to the balcony
-1st bedroom (double bed, air condition) with exit to the balcony
-2nd bedroom (double bed)
-3rd bedroom (2 single beds) with exit to the balcony
-1st bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilette, hairdryer)
-2nd bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, toilette, washing machine)
-2x separate toilette

Apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air condition (in the kitchen and and 1 bedroom), iron and iron board, SAT-TV and private parking (on the street in front of the house).
