House for 8 persons: approx. 285 m2, spread over three floors, modern and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the terrace with outdoor seating and a view of the pool. There is also a guest WC. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a balcony with a view of the sea glittering in the distance. The third bedroom also has two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a TV. Additionally, there are three bathrooms on this floor, each with a shower. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and a bathroom with a shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Wi-Fi available free of charge. One parking space for a car is available on the fenced property. Additional parking for a car is available on public land across the street from the house (subject to availability). Reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
