'The view is insane, the sound of quietness and waves is just what you need to calm down. The house, pool etc. are clean. All needs like toaster, dishwash, washingmachine, towels are there. Its close to various beaches, many places to eat and the big mercadona. Communication with owner was oustanding clear. Worth every penny if you ask me. Recommend car-hire tho, due to up/downhill streets.'

'Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr zugesagt, 3 verschiedene Terassen, eine am Vordereingang, eine nach hinten und eine über das komplette Dach - Perfekt. Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut, alles Funktioniert. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Bettwäsche war keine vorhanden, hatten wir auch nicht erwartet, allerdings auch kein Unterbett, nur Kissen. Sollte man Wissen, so das man sich etwas selber mitbringt - wir hatten wenigstens 2 Decken mit und somit kein Problem....

'La casa es una preciosidad, cómoda, acogedora, perfectamente equipada y de una belleza especial. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares, un entorno con muchísimo encanto, un pueblo con mucha gracia y muchos espacios para relajarse y disfrutar. 'The duplex is located in an urbanization at the edge of Garrucha. Easy to reach (by car) and just a 10 minutes walk from a lovely beach. The house itself is equipped with all facilities we need on a holiday, like an oven, microwave and a modern coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). 'Stille omgeving daar de 2 buurhuizen niet bewoond waren. Huis was comfortabel met hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud. Wel gezellig en knus. Het tuin meubilair was wel beetje aan vervanging toe. Met 2-3 personen prima tafeltje om te eten buiten echter met meerdere mensen te klein. Het uitzicht en de rust zijn heerlijk en zo mooi. Uniek om daar in de ochtend wakker te worden. De plaats van het huis is geweldig!'

'We stayed in Mojácar playa in a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse . It was in a slightly hilly location so not for people with walking difficulties really . Pero después de hablar con el propietario Alan me decidí y no me arrepiento !!
