'What can I say apart from a top notch hotel and staff! We had to book at the last minute this hotel at 5;30am and were at the hotel by 6am. The staff was wonderful. We arrived in Puno buy a night bus and we were allowed early check-in free of charge. Delmy and Raul at the reception were exceptional during our stay. 'Rooms were clean, and some of the better bathrooms that we've found in Peru hotels. The onsite restaurant was good, but my wife did get food poisoning (the other 3 of us did not). The location is a bit out in the middle of nowhere with no shops, restaurants, or other hotels nearby.'

'Beautiful hotel on an island in lake Titicaca. It’s got a causeway, so no boat required. The staff are wonderful, especially German at front desk, Paul at the bar, and David in the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and clean, beds are comfy. Loved it there and would stay again.'
