'We stayed for two days at Mirador del Titikaka and had a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful, with absolutely stunning views overlooking the area. Romario and Freddy were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to give us a tour of the surrounding area, which made our stay even more memorable. 'The staff were very helpful to us in many ways. We needed some help figuring out the safe. We asked for some different pillows not so high. We also asked for a heater. They responded very quickly. They also prepared a box breakfast for our early morning departure. It has a unique decor which we found delightful. Great location close to the main square. '

'The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location.'

'The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value.'
