"I love this modern, well decorated hotel, very close to the main square and to the pedestrian Jiron Kima, with pkenty of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, ice cream shps etc. Staff was very professional and friendly, willing to make our stay the best experience. They booked for us the transport to Juliaca airport and carried our suit cases to the minibus. The only limitation is that the hotel street and the adjacent Jiron Lima were pedestrian only. That was not a real inconvenience since tours'operators sent someone to pick us from the hotel and 2 or 3 blocks where the bus or minivan was stationed. And we left for Juliaca airport, the hotel staff carried our suit cases to the minivan that would take us to the airport. Great breakfast buffet, with fruit, scramble eggs, different options to make a sandwich. Granola, yogurts, natural juices. oatmeal etc etc plus coffee, and different teas and infusions. I strongly recommend this hotel that provides excelent service for a budget friendly rate. I found then via Expedia, like all the rest oh hotels in this 3 week trip."

"The hotel is great value: Close to center of town, hot water for tea/coffee on every floor, free and solid breakfast buffet, helpful front desk in booking tours, incredible check-in time (9:30am and sometime earlier if the room is available from other reviewers), elevators, luggage storage. The 180 degree view from the 6th floor room is incredible. The first night we got there, one of the beds wasn't made up. The front desk cleaned up. Because of the view, we decided to come back after an overnight stay in Lake Titicaca, I am glad because the room is impeccable. "
