'Amazing stay as always! We had a slight water issue out of the properties control but the response to accommodate and make us feel at home was beyond appreciated! Not enough stars! '

'Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. '

'Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. The beach is about 6 to7 blocks but very walkable. There is a pizza place a block and a half and a restaurant named...
