Designed by world-famous Manuel Mestre, Villa Alamanda offers 2 unique living experiences by having individual living areas facing both North and South, allowing you to enjoy all that Punta Mita has to offer right from the comfort of your couch. The villa has beautiful whitewater beach views. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from inside all four master suites as well as the living area and pool area.

Casa Alamanda features a total of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Each of the villa’s four spacious and sophisticated suites features spectacular views, private lanais, king or dual queen/double beds, Smart TVs, individual bathroom and shower facilities, luxurious cotton sheets, air-conditioning, and much more. The 5th bedroom, generally used as a nanny`s quarters, is a smaller room off of the laundry room, with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Impeccably decorated, each suite is marvelously outfitted with select Mahogany wood, marble, and onyx throughout. Wireless internet is also available throughout.

With 3 full-time staff members, rest assured that all of your needs will be met with warmth and care. Chef services are included for breakfast and lunch. Also, the property comes with an 8-person golf cart so guests can enjoy all of what Punta Mita has to offer.
