'We have been staying at the Four Seasons Resort (hotel) Punta Mita for the last 15 years sometimes multiple times a year. This is our first experience with renting a private villa on the four seasons property through VRBO and let me say it was first class all the way, especailly when traveling with a larger group. From the booking, the communication with the host, Perla, the airport transfer, our arrival at the villa and everything in between, this concierge and property did not disappoint once!...

'We stayed for 2 weeks Feb 2025. The property manager Grecia was responsive to our messages and answered all our questions. Pablo, our concierge was waiting when we arrived and assisted us with parking our huge rental Chev Suburban. Neither of the 2 garage spaces could fully accommodate this vehicle and we had to leave the garage gates open as the tail end stuck out. This was a little worrisome as the gates stuck out a little and we worried that someone might hit them but it was fine! Pablo...

'We really enjoyed our stay at Michele's property on a week getaway to La Cruz. The apartment was exactly as described with all amenities working and clean, bright and accessible. There were lots of towels, linens and spare toiletries left out. The space is well-aired and the AC wasn't needed with the nice breezes instead. The king size bed is nicely firm and the other two twin beds are fine for children or young adults. The pool is deep enough to swim but perfect for children too, although we...

'This is a beautiful property in a new development. The house is even better than the pictures. The staff was responsive and unobtrusive. We had fun exploring on the golf cart. We would definitely come back here!'

'The rooms of the house are as advertised. Very roomy with lovely terraces on the second floor. The house is tucked behind another so you need to walk 30 steps to the beach to see the sunset! Very quiet and protected neighborhood with very few neighbors. You really feel as if you have the beach to yourself most days. Great location between Punta Mita and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle makes getting around very easy. The kitchen(s) are adequate for the house. Really great for a mulit-generational family...
