'This hotel is seriously awful. Everything is so disgusting. The staff doesn’t speak English. And during the check out, one of the staff at the reception took a selfie with us without asking any permission. I don’t understand how they get so many positive feedbacks. '

'Zeer mooi resort, midden in de jungle. Overal waar je om je heen kijkt, is het prachtig. Hij is pas een jaar open en nog niet alles was klaar, waaronder de spa. Wij kregen een gratis upgrade naar een jungle villa met prive zwembad, erg fijn. Ook hier was het eten zeer goed en het personeel super, op een schaal van 1 tot 10, zeker een 12!'

'This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean. The villa was beautiful. Well kept, clean, and the gardens and pools were...

'Alles was perfect! Ik weet dat kan bijna niet, maar is echt zo. Echt geweldig.'

'Het is een super hotel in een top omgeving. Ze hebben goede behulpzame medewerkers en de accommodatie is goed en schoon.'

'It was very natural to stay in this hotel. You can hear some animals sound. However it was great for relaxing here.'

'While we had a pleasant stay overall, this is probably not a place we would personally return to. In our opinion, the villas would benefit from more maintenance and updating. There were several areas that felt worn, outdated, or in need of repair, particularly the bathrooms. Considering the price point, we felt the overall value did not fully meet our expectations. We were also disappointed with the restaurant food, which did not live up to the standard we had hoped for. That said, the staff...

'The hotel is amazing, I wish I had stayed for more nights. Waking up with the view of the rice terraces is lovely and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, they arranged pick up from the airport and put me in contact with a driver for private transportation during my stay. The rooms are clean and breakfast served at the room by request with no additional charge.'

'Beautiful and very accommodating. You won’t be disappointed!'

'Clean room, great staff, and awesome view. Really enjoyed my stayed here. Will definitely come back!'

'Amazing natural spot to stay for a couple of days! We enjoyed every bit!'

'Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sebatu Villa. La chambre était parfaitement fidèle à la description, très agréable, propre et avec une literie vraiment très confortable, idéale pour bien se reposer après les journées de visite. Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et vraiment aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Sebatu est un village encore en plein développement, avec beaucoup d’établissements récents : les logements comme les restaurants sont pour la plupart assez neufs....

'Geweldig, mooi uitzicht over de rijstvelden.'

'The stay was horrible to be honest. Staff was not friendly at all. There is literally no service. Wifi didn't work, there was no mirror or sink in the 'bathroom' and you need to order your breakfast/dinner very early. Worst thing yet, we didn't get a thing! We were kind enough to message the hotel manager privately, but we did not get a reply, not even an apology, while she did read our messages. Long story short: don't go over there. Not worth it at all. There are lots of places with better...

'I had a wonderful time in Ubud Bali. I was there for 7 days. They do feed you the same breakfast every single morning but overall I really enjoyed myself. The massages were great! My room could have been fresher. At times I smelled a pee odor coming from the bathroom. One day when they change my towels, 1 of them smell just like pee I was so upset bc I smelled it as I was drying off. I informed them about it and told him to come and smell it. He did and changed my towels. Other than that I had a...
