'From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent. The lovely dinners made the stay special. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that the WiFi in our room was not good and kept dropping off.'

'We hadden de Deluxe driepersoonskamer in het bijgebouw: superruim met een écht bed voor de derde persoon (meestal is dat een opklapbed of stretcher). De badkamer was zeer comfortabel en de kamer bood uitzicht op zee. De auto kon gratis op het terrein staan. Helaas bleek het restaurant die avond gesloten, en moest voor het continental breakfast nog 9,95 p.p. worden bijbetaald. Maar al met al een heerlijk hotel. 'It's a beautiful old house and nicely located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Plenty of parking in the back. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. My only complaint was with the shower controls! After fiddling with them for quite some time, I finally managed to get water at a reasonable temperature to flow from the shower head rather than in the tub, but even now I don't think I could repeat the process.'

'Stayed a couple.of nights in a family room - this had two separate spacious bedrooms, each with their own tea/coffee and TV facilities which was well stocked. Although there wasn't a sea view from our room, the view over swanage and surrounding hills was still lovely and provided some stunning sunsets. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also well catered, and the beach was a short walk away albeit via a couple of steep routes down the cliff....

'Zeer geschikt hotel voor een romantisch weekend in Sandbanks, de mooiste buurt van Poole. Hotel is modern en comfortabel, zeer statige vertrekken en gemene delen, mooi zwembad, locatie vlak aan water (je ziet zeilboten en ferry's gewoon langs de vensters van bar en restaurant varen). Zeer "British" allemaal. Kamers ruim en voorzien van state-of-the-art sanitair.
