'Very comfortable and well kept room. Ample size, quiet and with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant each of our three evenings and everything was well prepared, very tasty and LARGE! Service was very good and always with a smile. We both loved the continental style breakfast too. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. 'Staff very welcoming and professional. Room lovely, bed comfy but think they should have one firm pillow and one soft pillow on bed. 1st morning breakfast - cereal and yoghurts variety and toaster available for use but 2nd morning nothing laid out no cereal and yoghurt or toast so was limited. Iron ironing board and hairdryer a bonus. The layout of the restaurant and decor had a relaxing cost ambience. Over all happy to go back and have recommended to to family who have already booked in. '

'My laptop was stolen by a member of staff. I entrusted my carryon bag to the hotel staff for a 2 hour period and on my return found my laptop missing from the bag. Management said they reviewed the CCTV footage for the 2 hour period and the staff member was the only person entering the room - so that person should be held accountable. I got no compensation and was told to contact the police as my only remedy. In my view, the hotel is not guest friendly. '

The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn.
