' We love the location and have stayed here on a few occasions. We love how the hotel is so pet friendly. It’s accessible to Bournemouth and Swanage, plenty of walks from the hotel and close to the beach (especially for an early morning/ evening swim). Our dinner was lovely and the breakfast is plentiful. '

'Hotels in the UK can be a bit old or outdated, this is a good example. Don't get me wrong, the location is nice (Gold Hill is around the corner) and it's on a roundabout so you can't really miss it. But for nearly 200 euro, I have to say it's a bit overpriced. Yes it was high season and so on but still. Good things are, it's clean, it has a pool. Not so good, outdated a bit, it can get quite warm inside the room as there is no airco or fan in the room itself. Opening a window is good idea...

'Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. '

'This hotel was absolutely amazing. The spa was wonderful, the staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent as were the cocktails. The waiting staff were attentive but not overbearing. The building has been renovated to an extremely high standard but it is still full of character and class. Wonderful. Thank you. '
