'Outstanding! An exceptional hotel, wonderful facilities, great food and most importantly incredible staff. Nothing was too much trouble to get and provide to us. Beautiful grounds well maintained and very peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely stay again.'

'The restaurant staff was very friendly but reception was more like “This is it, take it or leave it”…
We asked support for our son to have a quick shower as he felt unwell under the sun, just 5 minutes after we checked out ( at a time earlier than 11 am check out time) they showed no empathy
The second bed was extremely uncomfortable. '

'Zeer geschikt hotel voor een romantisch weekend in Sandbanks, de mooiste buurt van Poole. Hotel is modern en comfortabel, zeer statige vertrekken en gemene delen, mooi zwembad, locatie vlak aan water (je ziet zeilboten en ferry's gewoon langs de vensters van bar en restaurant varen). Zeer "British" allemaal. Kamers ruim en voorzien van state-of-the-art sanitair. Jammer genoeg lieten de prijs (wij kregen een "budget"-kamer zonder ramen en vlak boven een lawaaierige binnenkoer met generatoren,...

'The room was cosy, nicely decorated, a good size, and with a large and comfortable bed; it would have cost two or three times as much in a hotel - and that's without the generous and tasty cooked breakfast (there are other options on the menu) which - like the excellent WiFi - is included.
The shower was a good size, but (and this is my only reservation, which I'm sure will be addressed) had poor water pressure.
Parking space is for 2, maybe 3 cars (depending how the others park!), but free...

'Everything in the room was spotless as in the bathroom. However the bathroom would be even better with some hooks on the wall as there was nowhere to hang one’s toilet bag or dressing gown.'
